Kettlebell Khaos Workouts

On this page you will find workouts  of the Kettlebell Khaos Online  Workouts for PHASE #1 and #2. Some are bootcamp style, some are ladder workouts, some are double kettlebell workouts, some are succession, some are sequence, but overall they are all killer kettlebell workouts!

Some days will be harder then others, but as long as you are giving everything you got, it will be a very challenging Khaos Workout! Remember if it is too easy for you it’s time to move up in weight. 

Shorter workouts are created so you can repeat it if you feel the need.

The workouts are divided on this page into Phase 1 and Phase 2, each phase has 15 workouts in it.

You can repeat the workouts again to try and improve your performance, that’s why we recommend keeping track of your reps for certain exercises.
