1177 Grams of Carbohydrate Treat Day- Jason Yun
TGIM! Your day and week is starting off strong and positive!
Yesterday was my mother-in-laws Christmas in Zanesville. Treat day.
Consumed 9656 calories. 1177 carbs. Would of been able to do more but she has wifi and pretty much every blue light in the house was on-definitly feel different when eating there vs. my home.
Fasting today. Cold tub in about 30 minutes. Workout in about 60 minutes. Already got my morning sun in–shirtless, kiniki, barefoot and two 2200 step shirtless and short walks with my son and one with my daughter.
I’m actually the exact same weight that I was on Saturday.
So many people are willing to only do the things that will absolutely destroy their health.
- eat sh*t food
- use crappy lights
- use wifi and that bitch alexa
- Drink beer and alcohol, although beer is by far the worst (+ wheat and gluten)
- Stay indoors
- Stay around toxic people
- Watch the news
The list goes on.
You can have fun during the holidays but we can’t negelct our health.
Only you are responsible for your ultimate health and feeling OPTIMAL.
A lot of people who DO NOT understand how to be healthy will lean on the government and our health agencies to guide us……..That is a recipe for disaster, because they want you in the system……..seeing doctors, paying your premiums, getting on medications, eating their ‘health’ food……those people are seen as nothing more than $$$$$$
